New Desktop App Experience
A completely redesigned desktop app — new navigation, home screen, and farm overview.
The TrioAir desktop app has been rebuilt from the ground up. The new design aligns with the mobile app experience and introduces a modern, scalable UI shell that makes navigation faster and critical information easier to find.
New Home Screen
- Account-wide connectivity summary: In one glance you see Connected vs. Disconnected controllers.
- Active and critical alarms (including power outages) are marked across all farms in one view.
- Map view of all farm locations with quick farm navigation and back buttons.
- Munters Academy shortcuts accessible directly from the home page.
Farm Overview Page
- Clicking a farm opens a farm-level dashboard — not a single device — giving you a full picture before diving in.
- Live comparison table across all houses and controllers in the farm.
- Farm settings, account details, and billing are now easy to reach from clearly labelled entry points.

Advanced Data Analytics in the TrioAir App
Visualize your farm data with interactive charts ⭐ Premium subscribers only
Premium users can now access an interactive analytics dashboard directly inside the Farm Dashboard. The first phase delivers the most-requested environmental charts with flexible time ranges and multi-house comparison.
What does this Include?
- Temperature charts: Inside Temp, Outside Temp, and configurable Target Temperature per genetics.
- Air quality charts: Ventilation activity, Humidity, CO2, and NH3 (min / avg / max per sensor).
- Hourly and daily data granularity, configurable time spans from 1 day up to 60 days of history.
- Single or multi-house/controller overlay per chart.
- Customized chart tiles: Arrange the dashboard to suit your workflow.
- Live comparison table remains visible to all users on the Farm Dashboard.
- Non-Premium users see blurred chart placeholders and a clear upgrade prompt — no disruption to existing views.

Future updates will include expanded charts (FCR, mortality, weight, feed/water), custom chart builder, cross-metric correlation, full-screen mode, chart-level CSV export, and multi-axis support.
Farm Data Export
Export up two months of farm telemetry in one click - ⭐ Premium subscribers only
A new Export Data button on the Farm Dashboard lets users download comprehensive farm history without navigating house by house. A guided flow gives full control over date range, controllers, and data types.
Note: Available to TrioAir users on Premium plans. Starter and Basic plan users need to upgrade to see this export option. The Export Data function can be used on the desktop app only. The Mobile app is not supported in this phase.
What can be Exported
- Climate & Air Quality — temperature, humidity, CO2, NH3, egg room climate, piglet zone.
- Water & Feed consumption.
- Animal Weight — bird scale history.
- Animal Management — inventory, mortality, and movement records.
- Alarms & Events — full alarm and event history.
- Equipment & Power — heaters, cooling, range doors, power meter.
How it Works
- Select dates range from the available options. As part of this phase, we offer only fixed ranges – 7 days, 30 days, This Month, Last Month (up to 2 months per export, up to 1 year of history).
- Choose all controllers or specific ones and pick the data categories you need.
- 15-minute data granularity for Premium; hourly for Starter.
- Download as a ZIP containing readable Excel files.
- Up to 3 exports per day. A friendly message appears if the daily limit is reached.
- Farm types supported: Poultry, Swine, and Greenhouse — each with tailored datasets.

⚠️ Known Issues
Data Export — Dataset Field Name Mismatch
Field names in the exported Excel file do not match the parameter names shown in the controller history. A fix will be included in an upcoming releases.
Bug Fixes
Alarms & Notifications
- Fixed: Disabled users were still receiving push notifications.
- Fixed: The alarm system was still shown for Basic plan farms where it should not be available.
- Fixed: Alarm system page could not be scrolled to the bottom.
Billing & Subscriptions
- Fixed: FastSpring subscription remaining active after cancellation.
- Fixed: Subscription still showing as active in TrioAir after it had been cancelled.
- Fixed: Unregistering one controller in a multi-controller farm immediately cancelled the entire subscription.
- Fixed: Incorrect prices and currency displayed for farms in Australia and South Africa.
- Fixed: "Upgrade Now" button navigating to the wrong farm's plan page.
- Fixed: "Munters Academy Access" missing from the upgrade plan popup bullet list.
Device & Farm Management
- Fixed: No option to create a new farm immediately after signing up.
- Fixed: Devices sometimes appearing offline immediately after pairing.
- Fixed: Mobile — scanning a device from Device Management incorrectly prompted the user to select a farm.
Comparison View
- Fixed: Horizontal scroll not working on the web comparison table.
- Fixed: Incorrect arrow direction shown for bird management "VS Yesterday" trends.
- Fixed: Filter panel being cut off on the comparison page.
- Fixed: Extra ventilation level not rendering correctly in comparison table.
Cellular Data Plan
- Fixed: Re-pairing a device after unpairing was incorrectly showing activation failed.
- Fixed: Downgrading from Premium was incorrectly changing SIM state from Active to Suspended.
