Without a doubt, along with an app's functionality and capabilities, one of the most important mega-features of any desktop app is "ease-of-us". We have all had to struggle to figure out how to get from Point A to Point D, something no one wants to do.
At Munters, we continually add new features but along with those upgrades, we want your experience to be as simple as possible. To that end, the TrioAir desktop management app has been upgraded, taking into consideration the feedback that we have gotten from you (our most important source of information when planning our upgrades).
What is New?
The Framework
- New home screen experience providing a clear overview of all farms, including controller connectivity status and a map view of farm locations.
- Cleaner navigation with no sidebar on the home screen — the side menu is now available only at the farm level, where it’s most relevant.
- Always-accessible top bar for quick farm switching and account settings.
- Optimized for laptop and tablet screens with an improved responsive layout and new breakpoints for smaller displays.
The Home Screen
- Account-wide connectivity overview — instantly see connected and disconnected controllers across all farms.
- Centralized alarm visibility — active and critical alarms, including power outages, are surfaced across all farms in a single view.
- Interactive farm map — view all farm locations with quick navigation and an easy back button.
- Direct access to Munters Academy through shortcuts available from the home screen.
Farm Overview Page
- Farm-level dashboard first — selecting a farm opens a complete farm overview rather than a single device, providing full context before drilling down (see below).
- Live comparison table showing all houses and controllers within the farm at a glance.
- Simplified access to key settings — farm settings, account information, and billing are now available through consistent, clearly labeled entry points.
