In using TrioAir , the first step for any user is to create an account. Once this is done, you can be invited to join farms or create your own farms. The creation process is fairly standard and should be familiar for anyone who has ever created an account for any application.
To create a TrioAir account
- Go to https://www.trioair.net/#/home.
Note: Munters recommends using Google Chrome.
- Click Sign up.
- Enter your email address and click Sign Up. You will receive an email with a verification code.
- Enter the code and click VERIFY CODE. The email address is verified. Click Continue and the following screen appears.
- Define a password and confirm it. At this point, the account is created.
- Click Continue to localize your account.
- Fill in the fields; this name will appear on the app/web page. Click Continue. The following screen appears.
- Click on the drop-down list to select the country code and type your phone number. Click SEND CODE.
- Enter the code into the verification field and click Verify.
* If the process works Code is valid appears on the screen. Click Next.
* Due to the complicated mechanisms involved in verifying phone numbers, it is possible that this process will fail. If an error message appears, click SKIP FOR NOW. - In the screen that appears, define the following preferences.
- Click Next.
You have completed creating a user account! Next step is 4. How to Create a Farm.
To edit an account
- On the user icon, click My Munters ID.
- The user ID page opens.
- To edit the parameters click the Edit icon
. The following screen appears.
- You can define all parameters except for the email address:
- Name: Type in the new name.
- Language: Select the language from the drop-down list.
- Time Zone: Select the time zone from the drop-down list.
- Units (Imperial, Metric, Custom)
- Password: Click Change Password and follow the on-line instructions.
Signing In (Missing Information)
To improve the user experience and ensure that users are up-to-date about our TrioAir upgrades and Munters products in general, Munters will request any missing information when you sign in. When you go to the app or the website and sign in, the following screens will appear if you have not entered the relevant information:
- Username: Enter your name and click Next.
- Phone number: Enter the phone number, click SEND CODE, enter the code, and verify it.
* If the process works Code is Valid appears on the screen. Click Next.
* Due to the complicated mechanisms involved in verifying phone numbers, it is possible that this process will fail. If an error message appears, click SKIP FOR NOW. - Access to newsletters. Click BACK TO MY SITES.
