4. Checking the Warranty

Have you ever been in the situation where you can't remember if an appliance, say your washing machine, is under warranty or if the warranty expired? You have to search for the relevant piece of paper, the email, the SMS, telling you when you bought the washing machine and when the warranty expires. Maybe you can find it, maybe you can't.

With your Trio Controllers, there is no searching. Anyone who has registered his or her controllers with TrioAir can find this information with a couple of clicks.

Viewing the Warranty/Registration Dates

1. In the app, go to Farm Settings > Devices.
   
   

2. Go to the controller whose warranty or registration you wish to view and click the three dots.

   

3.   Warranty Expiration Date:

• If the device was registered within six months of the Delivery Date (this date is calculated internally) the Warranty Expiration Date is the Activation Date plus 365 days.
• If the device was registered after six months of the Delivery Date, the Warranty Expiration Date is six months from the Delivery Date.
