We’re excited to share important updates to TrioAir Cloud Application. This release includes significant enhancements in data sharing capabilities, improved connectivity via cellular network registration, streamlined warranty management, and critical bug fixes.
🌟 New Features & Enhancements
- Enhanced API for Farm Data Sharing
To support integrators and growers in seamlessly transferring data to external systems, we've improved our API data feed:

Accurate Mortality Data:
- Mortality is now reported as precise counts (rather than percentages), available daily per flock.
- The daily mortality percentage is now displayed with greater precision using floating-point values, replacing the previous rounded format.
- Animal weight data is now part of the API feed.
- Flock info was added to the “Animal Management telemetry” APIs.
- New Alarms API: Introducing API endpoints for retrieving active alarms and historical alarm data per device.
- Backward Compatibility: Existing integrations remain fully supported, and the new APIs have a minimal impact on your current datasets, ensuring seamless continuity.

- Cellular Network Registration for Controllers
TrioAir now allows device registration via our built-in cellular SIM (MIS SIM) when other networks aren't available:
- Automatically detects and offers cellular registration.
- Provides free cellular connectivity solely for initial registration.
- Clear guidance and reminders if users skip registration.
- Full device registration triggers automatic SIM activation/deactivation based on user choices.
- Future Capability (Coming Soon): Users will soon have the option to purchase a SIM data plan directly from the TrioAir app, enabling the built-in SIM to become the primary connection method for continuous cloud connectivity.
- Trio Controller Warranty Management
Customer Support can now efficiently manage warranties and users can easily view their warranties’ statuses:
- Automatic recording of warranty activation and expiration based on registration and shipping dates.
- Customer Support can extend warranty periods up to 365 days, requiring a documented reason.
- TrioAir clearly displays the warranty activation, expiration, and latest registration dates.
⚠️ Fixed Known Issues
The interactive map with exact farm locations and weather forecasts on the iOS mobile app is now fully operational.
🐞 Bug Fixes
- Resolved mobile iOS billing error causing a 'Something went wrong' error to appear during plan selection.
- Addressed mobile checkout issues where users were redirected back to "Choose Your Plan" unexpectedly (iOS only).
- Solved billing problem when upgrading from Basic to Premium caused devices to disappear.
- Fixed missing upgrade options for newly created farms in billing-supported regions.
- Corrected issue showing farm owners that farms they own are “shared”.
- Addressed mobile UI issues, such as country code search issues during phone verification and submission errors with saved payment methods.
- Restored notification functionality for power outages, lost connections, and push notifications.
