3. Managing Data Export

TrioAir can export the controller's data to the integrator. In order to do that, the farm owner enables exporting the data to a specific address. This page details the process.  

• Data export requires authorisation keys that you receive from your integrator or business unit. 
• Data export is optional. Users who do not want to export data can skip this step. 

1. On the Farm Settings page, click Data Sharing. The following screen appears. 
   
2. Click Start Data Export Configuration. The following screen appears.
   
3. Under Set destination, select an option: Authorized 3rd Party or MTech BI Tool.
   • If you select Authorized 3rd Party, enter the Authentication Key that your integrator supplies and click Validate Key. 
     
     Note: If the key is not valid, contact the integrator. 
   • If you select MTech BI Tool, enter the MTech Authentication Key that MTech supplies for each house and click Validate Key. 
     
     Note: If the key is not valid, contact the MTech.
4. Click Save.
