After signing up for a Standard or Premium Plan, TrioAir enables each user to monitor his/her billing plan, manage the subscription, and view the payment history.
Note: You have to have signed up for a subscription plan to view the following screens.
To go to the billing functionalities:
- From the User icon, select Billing. The Billing screen will appear.
Billing Details
Most of the information (Billing Details and Recent Activity) on this page is read-only.
If you want to change the payment method, click Change. After confirming that you are leaving the TrioAir page, the following screen appears.
Enter the payment information and click Save Changes.
Subscription Management
When you click the Subscription Management tab, the following screen appears. On this screen you can:
- review the subscription costs for each farm
- upgrade a farm's subscription to the Premium Plan
- cancel a farm's Premium Plan subscription
Red Farm has a Standard Subscription while Blue and Green Farm has a Premium Plan. In addition, the user has a subscription to the Academy (note: this is not a current option).
Upgrading a Subscription
Site Red Farm currently is subscribed using a Standard Subscription. If the owner decides to upgrade to the Premium Plan, he clicks Upgrade Plan. The following screen appears.

Cancelling a Subscription
To downgrade from a Premium Subscription to a Standard Subscription:
- On the required farm, click the three (3) dots.
- Click Cancel subscription and confirm.
Transaction History
This feature will be coming soon. We'll inform users in an upcoming Release Note when the feature is ready.
