6. Cancelling Your Data Plan

You can cancel your data plan at any time.

1. Go to My Munters ID > Billing > Subscription Management. (My Munters ID is the icon in the upper right corner with the user's initials).

• Alternatively click Manage Cellular Plans on the Farm Devices screen.

The following screen appears:

2. Click on the farm hosting the Trio controllers that you want to disconnect from the cellular plan. In the picture above, it is the Site North Red Farm. The farm's controllers appear.

3. Click the three dots of the Trio that needs to be disconnected from TrioAir. 
4. Select Cancel subscription. 
5. Confirm the cancellation. The following screen appears showing the "disconnected controller" and when disconnection takes place.
