7. Managing the Farm Users

The Farm Users page lists the users and their roles.  From this page you can:

• Change the user's role
• Invite new users
• Delete users

Changing the User's Role

There are three roles (in addition to owner): Manager, Operator, and Viewer.  

To change a user's role.

1. Click on the user.
2. Click the edit icon .
3. In the Role drop down list, chose the new role. 

Inviting a New User

To invite a new user: 

1. Click Invite User. 
   
2. Type in the email address, select the role, and click Send Invitation. Note: After sending the invitation, the user's name appears on the list of users with the word "(Pending).
3. The invitee receives an email informing him/her that there is a pending invitation. The user signs into his/her account and accepts (or declines) the invitation. 

Once the user accepts, the farm appears on his/her app or TrioAir web page. 

Deleting a User

To delete a user from the farm:

1. Click the user's name and then click on the three dots . 

     2. Click Delete User. The user is deleted, there is no need to confirm.
