On the Farm Settings screen, click Device Management. The following screen appears.
The Device Management screen lists the devices (controllers) found on the farm. The screen displays basic information on the device including its cell phone connectivity, (For information on setting up a data plan, click here.) This information is all read-only.
If you click on the icon you can:
- view information required when requesting technical support.
- view the device's registration and warranty information
- remove the device from TrioAir.
- Device Properties: This screen lists the Device ID, model, software version, house number, and warranty information (read-only).
- Support ID: Technical support uses the Support ID to access the controller via TeamViewer (read-only).
- Unregister Device: Click this function to remove the controller from TrioAir. Type the word UNREGISTER and confirm.
