6. Managing the Devices

The Farm Info page lists the devices (controllers) found on the farm. By clicking on the device's icon , you can:

• view information required when requesting technical support.  
• delete the device from the farm.

• Device Properties: This screen lists the Device ID, model, software version, and house number (read-only).
• Support ID: Technical support uses the Support ID to access the controller via TeamViewer (read-only).
• Delete Device: Click this function to remove the controller from the farm. 
  • Type in the word delete (not case sensitive) and click DELETE.
