CommBox SIM Card

• CommBox can connect to the web via an on‑site LAN network when Internet services are available.
• In situations where internet services are unavailable (alternatively as a backup for the LAN network), CommBox can be ordered with an internal modem.  To provide cellular connectivity, the CommBox requires a SIM card. The user supplies this SIM card. The following details the SIM card’s specifications.
• SIM Card Specifications:
  • Size: Standard 25mm x 15mm

• • Plan type: DATA USIM – 4G Internet (LTE)
  • Data Plan: At least 10 GB per month

A test must be performed if you have a slow connection or it is impossible to work remotely.

1. Select "Tools"
2. Select "Diagnostics"
3. Scroll down all the way to the “Speed Test”
4. Press "GO"

A speed test will be performed - if the value is low - contact your mobile provider to upgrade the data package
