Opening a Ticket

Opening a service ticket for your Trio is a very simple process. 

Note: Opening a ticket from Trio Air is can only be done by Trio Air Premium users. Standard users are invited to check the Knowledge Bank to find information on any issue that they may have.  Alternatively, contact your dealer.

1. On the Help icon, click Submit ticket.
   
   
   
2. The Help Center window opens up. Click Contact Support.
   
3. A window opens. Fill in the required information. and click Send.
   
   
   
4. A message confirming your submission appears.
